Regular displays of aerial acrobatics and go-for-broke speed races dot the schedule during the month of February. Aspen Highlands is the home of the SkiMo Race series, with racing at 5:30pm on February 4.
Snowmass is the place to view Big Air Fridays, beginning February 7 at 2pm, when participants launch themselves off the 40-ft jump on upper Fanny Hill and show off their latest tricks.
And Buttermilk Rail Jams, a snowboard-only competition, takes place in the Buttermilk Rail Garden on February 22.
